How do you cancel the assistant? I hit the button by accident
Once you have added a service, you cannot remove it. You cannot downgrade in TurboTax. If you haven't used any tax expert help, we suggest contacting our Product support team.
Alternatively, you can start a new return by selecting the correct product and not selecting "upgrade" when prompted.
