If you didn't file your tax return, you can remove the T1198 form by following the steps below:
1. Go to your T1198 form and clear all the amounts written over there.
2. Go to "Tax profile," then "Mandatory question."
3. You can say "no" to the question shown below.
4. Refresh your page, and now under the "Income" section you can see that the T1198 form is deleted.
If you already filed it, you can correct it by filing an amendment once you have received your Notice of Assessment from the CRA. For more information, you can visit: How to change your tax Return after you've filed.
