You will put yourself as married. Because they are not in Canada, you can select 000 000 000 for his SIN number and apply zero for his income, make sure you are not selecting "spousal amount" either. And please ensure you indicate that the children do not reside with you and ensure you are not claiming any "dependent" credits for your children.
