We filed but had to ammend

We first filed with turbo tax but then 5 days later had to send an ammend return with an accountant. So how do I not get charged with turbo tax because technically we cant use this one on turbo because of the ammend.

What do you mean by "We first filed....."     

 

Did you actually e-file a return using TurboTax?  Or when you say "file"  do you mean you just filled in some data but never e-filed it?  

 

You will have to sort this out with customer support.

Yes, follow the advice of @xmasbaby0 above. If you filed with Turbo Tax you could also have submitted an amended return using Turbo Tax. 

 

Customer service will be able to access your account to see if anything can be done.
