When I print out my returns for mailing, the Ohio State tax return is including a copy of my Federal 1040 and schedule 1. Do I need to mail these in for state return??

No, you won't include your federal income tax return unless the first page in your printout package in the File by Mail Instructions state you should include the federal returns. The instructions provide the mailing address and what forms you need to include.
