My spouse lives with me, has income <$1,000 for the 2023 year, does NOT have a disability and is supported by me. How do I claim the spouse credit in Turbotax online?
I am separated and have 2 kids. We both pay child support and use the calculator to determine offset (I end up paying a bit more). Can I apply eligible dependent credit?
Cra states that a parent who pays child support cannot claim the child as a dependent on taxes but turbo tax says neither can the person who receives support payments?
