You will only receive an RC62 form in 2018 if you received Universal Child Care benefits retroactively for periods up to and until June 2016.  Starting in July 2016, the old Universal Child Care Benefits (UCCB) plan was replaced by a new Canada Child Tax Benefits (CCTB) plan that made benefits received for your children from July 2016 onwards NOT taxable.
