Software Entered inforamtion into a line and the support could not clear it out to refile
So the software generated an amount from a T4A(AS) as other income, the customer support could not correct this and cannot refile, however suggested completing a form to send to CRA. This is not acceptable, your software has a glitch in it's programming, and should be rectified to allow for refiling!
