T1135 REPORTING ON A JOINT BASIS, my wife and I hold investments in a joint acct. How do I complete the T1135?

do I prepare one T1135 which is total for both or split 50/50

The T1135 must be filed for each taxpayer (there is no such thing as a joint T1135).  Each taxpayer must report their own share of the foreign property equity that they own in their own T1135.
