Done 2023 taxes at the beginning of April with someone via screen share. I was shown what was included in my tax refund and I have received half of the refund?

Auto-fill not available. Turbotax shows: "Auto-fill my return will be available on February 19, 2024 from the CRA. ...". But today is April 14, 2024.
