    when will I get my refund? .I submitted request for a product refund. case number 1552784785. its been over month. thanks

    Iam non resident and apparently I dont have to file my 2024 .I filed 2023(I was resident) and tried 2024 and Turbo tax charged me fee for 2024 even though I am not supposed to file. Please refund 2024 fee.Thanks.
