Why haven’t we received a cheque for our tax return when we filed at the start of March?

We completed our tax return on the 4th of March and are unable to create CRA accounts as we are new to Canada and we still have got our money.

Why haven’t we received a cheque for our tax return when we filed at the start of March?

If this is your first time completing a Canadian tax return did you print and mail your return in?  Contact the CRA to see if they have received your income tax return at 1-800-959-8281.

 

If they haven't received your return you will need to sign back into your TurboTax account go to the left-hand side of the return in the menu go down to the "FILE" section and continue- You will need to make sure that you have filed your returns and and received a CRA confirmation number.
