You can access TurboTax 2013 by navigating to http://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax-software/index.jsp, pressing the "Down arrow" on the "Sign-in" button (Orange button in top left), and click "Start or Continue My 2013 Return".
You can also look up previous return information from the CRA's MyAccount:
