Transfered files missing

I just created my online acct, & "transfered" 3 files from 2017 and "saved" each without making any changes. Signed back in and I see none of them.This Online version is wacky and I have returned it to the store and acquired the CD version. I wish to ensure no files or activity are on my newly created TT account. Signing in shows me nothing.

Getting started

There's a distinct sign-in page for each tax year of the online editions of TurboTax. Is it possible you signed in to TurboTax for tax year 2017 and then later signed into TurboTax for tax year 2018 expecting to see those 2017 returns?
