Sorry, TurboTax cannot hold any amounts from your refund which the CRA sends you. Have you tried using our Free version to complete your return??

If you have already started your return in a "paid" version of TurboTax, you can sign in to your Online account and "Start a New Return" using Free. Here's the link: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/personal-tax-software/free-online.jsp
