- Hi I have reinstalled my TurboTax 2016 as I need to make some changes to one of my clients taxes. The update fails and it says to go to TurboTax support and click the blue ttUpdate_Date_2017.exe link. Where can I find this link or could you mail it to me at: jerry.alex@sympatico.ca.
