It seems turbotax offers discount for rbc client as of now.

The link above shows product for 199 with 20% applied on turbotax business however when I click Buy it takes me to the cart and shows 249 and not the discounted value.
The link also says
The offer is valid from February 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
Can anyone advise what is wrong?
