Does T4 box 40 need to be reported in "total rebates, allowances, and reimbursements for motor vehicle expenses you received that are not included in your income"?

Getting started

No. Box 40 on your T4 is already included in your income. Whatever is in Box 40 should already be a part of the Box 14 Employment Income total.
