I have a canadian SIN on the intuit.ca platform that I have confirmed is 100% correct and the program says it's invalid. How do I get the program to accept?

 

Getting started

Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type the SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789
