Can I use an "unused" 2021 extra return for 2022? I purchased TT from Staples last year, but had to pay again to file it, thus being charged twice. TT agent said I could.

To clarify, you must use the TurboTax software for the year that you are filing as there are yearly changes in the credits and tax laws.
