Can I get a refund of this current purchase and revert to the online service?

If you mistakenly bought our CD/Download software instead of the Online software, it is not possible to transfer information from TurboTax Online into TurboTax CD/Download. You will need to request a refund by using our TurboTax FAQ: How do I get a refund for a TurboTax product?
