I have used TurboTax for a number of years.I am trying to access my account but I have changed my cellphone number. The other verfication is not working. Can you help?
The alternative verification system is simply not working so I am shut out of my account if I have changed my cellphone number. I do not want to open a new account because I will lose the history of my tax returns.
