Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

To find box 40 on the T4A please follow the steps below;

-  at the menu bar, click on the Ts-Slips dropdown

-  then select 'T4A Pension, Retirement, annuity'

- then scroll down on this slip and you will see box 40 labelled as 'RESP accumulated income payments'
