In Turbo tax T4 A section Box 18 is mis labled as Lump Sum payment , while on the actual T4 A it is Taxable pension paid . What do I do ?

No, Box 18 on the T4A is for Lump Sum Payments. If your slip has a different box 18, please make sure that you are on the right slip page. There are many slips that have T4A in their name.
