Very bottom of my t4 there is box 40 and box 85 with amounts do I need to file those somewhere?

Very bottom of my t4 there is box 40 and box 85 with amounts do I need to file those somewhere?
very bottom inside a big box it says "other information" Do i need to put those into any other boxes on the list?
