I tried both of those and a variety of things the woman on support asked me to try (I was sharing screen with her). She was clearly searching your internal debug flow charts, forums, help files, google and whatever (likely most of the same stuff I had already tried before contacting her). I asked for a technical person but no luck. Eventually the connection dropped and I couldn't get back in so I gave up and ended up having to use section 7 instead of section 2 as a workaround (not ideal).
I also pointed out that the T1135 from last year wouldn't list more than 5 stocks in the final submission and was worried I'd get in trouble again this year. We never did resolve that either.
