I just bought standard a Staples. I followed the download instructions but nothing installed.. I never made it to the screen where I enter the licence code
I tried mozilla, edge and chrome and on each it got to the point where I clicked on 'install' it all disappeared
Please make sure that there is no malware, firewall or other security software that is blocking TurboTax from installing (ex: Windows Defender). You may also want to try running the installer as an Administrator (Right click > Run As Administrator).
