I'm trying to access my 2020 return, and the website directs me to a link for "2020 returns". That website does not load and eventually times out. How do I access 2020?

If the only way to access my 2020 return is through a website, link provided by TurboTax, that says "This site can’t be reached2020.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca took too long to respond.", how can I access this return?
