Getting started

FYI - I have been on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to rectify this.  NOBODY has been able  to help in any way.  It's unbelievable.  They have agreed that I shouldn't have been charged, but won't refund my Visa.  Told me to call the bank and try to do it myself.  I said I would, but asked to have an email confirming from Intuit that I should not have be charged to verify for the bank - they refused!!!  No one knows what to do or who should take care of it - I'm so shocked that  a company that has our SIN, bank info, credit card info, and access to our CRA can't handle such a simple clerical error!!!  This is scary, actually!
