Long time customer. Purchased Turbotax 2023, I could transfer date from last year summary. Now when I open my tax file all tabs down left side are locked and unusable

 

Getting started

Did you change the software you are using? Did you by chance use our TurboTax Online previously and are now using the TurboTax Desktop/Download this year? Are you in a different account since last year? You will need to answer some questions and then eventually all will be unlocked and opened.
