Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online? 

I have the same problem?  I am using Online on a Chromebook?  I see this question from other years? 

Does anyone have a solution?  Am I missing something?  Or is is due to time of day the system is offline?  (430am)  THanks!!
