Purchased turbotax CD from costco but it wont allow me to access my tax info from online acct. When I signed online it has nowhere to add license code.

Used the CD to download and again still cant access my info from last year.

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax CD/Download & vice-versa.

Also you can't transfer information from TurboTax Online to TurboTax CD/Download.
