I purchased assist and review and booked appointments. How do I change or cancel these?

When I go to the Assist & Review link in the program it just offers to purchase again

Please try reinstalling TurboTax using the download from our website.  You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).
