Unfortunately, our TurboTax Download and TurboTax Online software do not interact. You are allowed to download the Desktop/Download software onto 3 separate computers. You cannot go back and forth between Download and Online in the same year. You can only transfer information from a Download return from a prior year to an Online return this year. 

Note: In our TurboTax Download software, you can toggle between Easy Step mode which is similar to  the Online software and questions you to enter the amounts. You are also able to go into Form mode to use the forms.
