Were you a non-resident in 2023, or did you leave or arrive in Canada during the year?

I appreciate the suggestion.  After doing some research it looks like some kind of government boondoggle were they base your CWB on income you "could make" the following year. Definitely not helping low income people. Now I don't get a CWB the one year that I actually need it.
