Changed all provincial info, I'm still getting code 2199. How do I fix it?

 

Getting started

Please make sure that you have deleted anything you have entered, as unchecking the option doesn't automatically clear the info. You would have to go back, check the options, go through them and clear the info, then go back to the start of the Provincial page and uncheck everything.
