I also have received no discount despite using my link within my CIBC online banking for 20%. I was counting on this, otherwise I would have reconsidered my package at full cost. I also find the instructions very unclear on the correct process. I received excellent assistance from one of your experts and have now filed through NETFILE and paid full price. I would love to continue using TT next year but these discounts seem quite luring and difficult to actually process. I would appreciate a response in regards to this as soon as possible.
