Getting started
I used the online version and I filled out everything before beginning my income tax return. I had no issues at all while I was completing the process. When I was done, I saved it and exited and came back today to send it to the CRA. Today when I logged in I received the message:
"You can't proceed further because one or more of your tax forms is currently unavailable. Please check back later. For more information, visit FAQ on Locked Forms".
It doesn't tell me which forms are locked.
I found a list of forms that one of your specialists said were currently locked in another response to a question from a customer, but I didn't need any of the listed forms to complete my income tax return.
I have no idea how to figure out how to unlock my return and when I called your customer service line today they just said that they couldn't help me and "hopefully soon" it will be unlocked.
This is completely unacceptable. I should be able to talk to someone who can access my account and see exactly what the problem is and either fix it or give me back my money so I can go to a company who will actually get my taxes done.
