After 2 attempts to call the customer service and get a level 2 supervisor. Each call was almost 2 hours long and I got no where. I messaged them on Instagram and I was able to request a call back from a level 2 supervisor, who then sent a link where I was able to upload the NOA and my tax files to start an investigation.
