Income not transferring to t1. Shows as zero
No answer yet. My professional /business income is not showing up on the t1. The numbers are there but they don't transfer. The expenses are listed on the summary page but the income is not. I believe that is why it's not working
Also there are no tools they are mentioning. I also can't find where to pay

Getting started
Did you enter the income in ' Self- Employment Section" ( on T2125)? Also check Guidelines for Reporting Self-Employment Income.
Thanks for choosing TurboTax.

Yes of course. I did it the same way I have done for years. I entered the income and expenses and on the summary screen it shows all the numbers except income. On the t1 its all zeros. For some reason it's not recognizing the income. I'm entering in the proper field including GST and then continuing as always. My refund is wrong because there is a business loss not being recognized
People e trekking new to go to tax tools but that option is not available with the online version. I'm also have trouble finding how to buy the 2024 version

So far I have not received a solution .
Can you not ask Intuit directly without paying.
They expect you to pay for the software but don't support it. I'm very disappointed and may have to find another solution .

If you had a business loss, it seems reasonable to me that you would show zero income. There would be no income to report and the loss would be used to reduce your tax payable.
