FHSA subsequent contributions
We opened a FHSA in 2023, made the $8,000 contribution, contributed another $8,000 in 2024. I am unable to understand where I add the 2024 contribution to my taxes as it states on Revenue Canada's website, that I only fill out Schedule 15 IF I opened the account in 2024.... how do I enter the new $8,000 on my taxes. I thought I did it correctly but I got errors when I tried to Netfile.

I am wondering if the issue has been fixed as CRA will not accept my return still and it all has to do with the FHSA...

Schedule 15 must be filled out for any FHSA Contributions, Transfers and Activities. What is the error message that you are getting?

Hello. Looking for the promised update so I can file my taxes. What's the fix for making a contribution to an existing FHBA?

Thank you for the note but there's been no remedy to the issue. I'd hate to have to ask for a refund of the software because it prevents filing at all this year for many of us with 2024 FHSA contributions to a FHSA opened in 2023. Seems like a pretty weird issue for a company like Intuit to get wrong. Please provide the promised update so I can file on time.

@UK85 What is the error message that you are getting? Did you enter your T4FHSA and fill out Schedule 15? Are you using TurboTax Desktop in Forms mode or EasyStep mode?
