Getting started
Thank you for replying. This is an online purchase from Intuit of the downloadable desktop TurboTax Standard 2024 edition. My son used my account, with the access code sent to me on the purchase receipt email. It worked for me, because I have it installed on my laptop. He is able to access my account but gets the message "Something's not right, try re-entering your code.", every time he tries to download.
Would you be able to help me with this?
