I encountered the same problem with the form ON479-A too. I recently received the same notice of reassessment for 21, 22 & 23. Now CRA is asking for a large sum of money to be re-paid. How is this allowed when you depend on Turbo Tax to do this the right way. I hope they own up the the 100% Guarantee.
