Getting started

I had the same problem. I had already opened an on line account but I decided I wanted the desktop version. I could not access the Desktop version. TT kept sending me to the On-line version. I called TT.  It took an agent 30 minutes to fix it. He said I was lucky. It took him over an hour with others who had the same problem. Inuit should fix this problem.
