I bought the Turbotax Deluxe Online Edition from Costco, put in my activation code, and I finished my taxes but it's asking me to pay. So I don't know what to do.
I've bought this before from Costco and have never had issues, but I did go through the turbotax.ca/activate, put in the code, and from there started doing my partner and I's taxes. So, I reached the end of it, and it's asking me to pay for the service. I'm just confused as I put the activation code in, but I thought maybe I hadn't. So I went back, tried putting the code in, and it now presents an error. I'm not sure what to do as clearly the code went through but it's not working.
