Mine also didnt show. it has showed every year but not this year GST has shown up and the carbon rebate but not child benefits

TurboTax pls fix this issue ASAP. It supposed to show CCB payment just like all other lines but there is no line for CCB whatsoever.

It was fixed, last week. Open your TurboTax 2024 and update the program and it will now show.

yes its fixed after update on March 9th,2025

I am using online not the desktop and its not showing anything with child benefits payments

What is shown in TurboTax Online is just an estimate. The CRA will determine how much CCB you will get and notify you after you have filed your return. I was able to get the estimate after a couple weeks.  So weird, it never asks me for updates..... im wondering if this automatically updates and i am not aware.....

I’m trying to complete my taxes but ever time I try and see or put in my CCB Child Canada Benefit it isn’t allowing me to I’m kinda confused I don’t wanna file and then something happens I’ve gone over and I’ve done this the same for years also I have try putting it in search bar but only uninversal come up which we haven’t had in a while greatly appreciate Nerissa Becherer
