I too cannot Netfile. Spoke with an agent on March 27 2025 and explained the Principle Residence Section which has to be completed when you sell your home has a glitch. Error messages are preventing a Netfile and forcing me to start over. It appears the program is crashing, but fortunately information is saved on their server. The agent confirmed when they did the Capital Gains update on March 21 it didn’t work for Principle Residence. They created a ticket to have the issue resolved. Will they fix this in time for April 30 filing deadline? As for Turbotax Deluxe Online Edition, it’s the worst version I have ever experienced to date. May be forced to find another service.
