Getting started

I sent it to TurboTax Returns Dept., 8 Spadina Avenue - Suite 1900 - Toronto, On - M5V 0S8

 

However, my tracking with Canada Post said "Customer addressing error found; attempting to correct" and then  the next day "Delivered to recipient's delivery partner." I have no idea what that means and have received zero confirmation that my claim was actually received to the correct department.
