Getting started
@Mofo Here are the steps in TurboTax Online:
- From 2024 tax return (in the left menu), click on Tax profile // Your tax profile.
- If you are from Ontario and work in Quebec, in What tax slips do you have for the employment, unemployment, or retirement income you earned? - you have to select T4 AND Releve 1 (because you received one from your employer) // Continue
- Go back in 2024 tax return (from left menu) // click Income // Select T4 - employment income
- In T4 - Summary page, you click Edit on the side of your T4 (if you already have one entered) or Add T4 for (YOUR NAME) (if you don't have any).
At the bottom of the T4 slip, you will have, as my colleague explained previously, a box E for your Releve 1 from your employer.
