When you filled out the T5007 Which box 10 did you selected?

When you have a look at your detailed summary, on which line you see your amount for your tax-exempt income? 

I tested it on TurboTax Online, and to enter Non-Taxable income from a T5007, this is how it should be:

The other box 10 is related to Tax-exempt income, linked to Indian Act. This could explain why you see the form and, if you have a look at your Detailed Summary with this box 10, you won't see any income on line 15000.

If the return was NETFILE, you can use the ReFILE option by sign in to your account and, on the side of the NETFILE return, you will have a ReFILE button. In TurboTax Online, ReFile is not available for Quebec residents.
